P.F. Chang's is a great franchise. I personally love it. I have been to many but I must highlight this specific restaurant. The food here was exceptionally good, the staff were nice! Dan was our server and he was amazing!
Not a very friendly staff. Not happy when you bring in a party of 13 people and make you wait in the lobby while the restaurant has plenty of unoccupied tables. About 1.5 hours wait time to get the food, just to realize that they forgot to make a meal for my daughter. Food is OK but not great and quite overpriced. Portions are gigantic. The bill had to be disputed (in customer favor) because they charged full price for happy hour items.
We've only been in Columbus for about 3yrs and since my family discovered pf chang's, we love it. But today I had a very very bad experience but despite the chaos and how busy they were, the manager handled the matter with so much respect for me. He treated me like he appreciated my business. I'm very impressed. Thank u James(manager) and thanks to the lady that answered the call and quickly acknowledged that it required a manager's attention.
This place used to be one of my top 3 favorite restaurants but has "gone downhill" over the past year. There used to be a manager that was their for the longest time that seemed to run things efficiently but he apparently isn't there anymore. Most of the serving staff is inattentive. Getting refills on drinks seem to be an issue and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency. There are a few good servers still there but it's very hit or miss. I generally like the food here but there is inconsistency in terms of quality, portions, and check times. Two visits ago my wife and I ate there and it took 50 minutes for ribs, and a chicken dish with rice. The server apologized but didn't offer any explanation. The manager came out with the food after 50 minutes from placing the order but offered no apology or explanation. The managers don't sit in the office. I see them working but there is no managing. They never apologize or offer explanations. The last time I went in there I sat at the bar for 7 minutes and no one came to wait on me so I left. This place needs to improve.
All in all I enjoyed my visit and food !!
The food is very good here! We had crab ragoons (highly recommend: made in house) , chicken and broccoli, Korean stir fry chicken. All of this was absolutely amazing! We also had the banana spring roll desert option, astounding flavor!
P.F.Chang's in Columbus Ohio is extremely good food. This food is based on healthy cooking, but I would have swore that's not the case, IT WAS SO GOOD. I only eat here once, but I was so impressed. The waiter was helpful and the most friendly person I have ever met. I forget what dish I had but I seen there was mushrooms and shrimp in it. I never had so many shrimp in one dish before. Reasonable prices on the dishes. Very clean place with a nice ambulance. I will make it a point to stop here my next trip to Columbus.
