Never been there before. A nice place to take your family. Children will have a nice time. I enjoyed it very much with my family.
Like the new unlimited play format versus tokens. Much easier. Good pizza. Great indoor place for kiddos. Nice staff. Clean. Fun games.
We had my grandsons 5th birthday party here. Our hostess was AMAZING! the food we ordered was a little late coming out for the adults attending the party but I was discounted for the inconvenience. And no one even noticed it was late. I booked the party online with a $50 deposit. We had 10 kids and 11 adults and stayed for about 3 hours. All the kids had a great time and the adults had a great time knowing their kids were safe and having fun. We will absolutely be back.
Terrible and messy! My mom hosted my brothers birthday today and not only did they mess up the reservation and set everything up at the west broad location (also terrible I might add) when we had told the guest to meet at this one and told them we would have it here, but the place was a hot mess, and service was terrible and slow. Not that it's the facilities fault but all of the parents here let their kids run wild. I had to remain with my eyes glued to my brothers presents because random children kept trying To take them and the parents said nothing. Would never recommend having parties or even coming to a Chuck E. Cheese Save your money go anywhere else. UPDATE: once I talked to the actual manger who I thought was just an associate ( he was doing everything and running around to make people happy amongst the craziness) he did the best he could to accommodate, let my brother do the ticket blaster and even take pictures with Chuck E. He was great Nate you saved my brothers birthday and you deserve some stars for being so great!!
The front hoostest was awesome and very kind. The manager was a great supporter. Also the blond hair lady was spectacular! Keep it up. Was a great experience.
