Always a good meal and generally with little wait. If you haven't tried your missing out.
Noodles were under sauced, veggies were hastily thrown in, practically raw, items that were supposed to be omitted were still included... When we called, the employee hung up when "getting a manager" and when we called back, the manager was rude and also hung up. Unacceptable. I Paid quite a bit to feed 8 people and only one was ok with what they got. I will be taking all of dishes that were inedible back tomorrow when they open and hopefully will speak to someone about how their quality is terrible as well as their customer service.
Great quick lunch and fantastic rewards program. Now that Panera opened next door, parking is at a premium, but it's worth it. I order online and pick up often, and have never had to wait for more than 30 seconds to be greeted and rung up. I have tried so many entrees, salads, and soups, that I don't know which is my favorite. The staff is AWESOME, and some know me by name! Highly recommended. Some say it's pricy, but the large entrees are truly enough for 2 people to split. Of the soups, Thai curry soup is my favorite! Wish there was a NOODLES location in Knox county, where I live. Since I work in Dublin, this is my favorite lunch spot! Thanks! Your staff is truly welcoming!

Tamika took amazing care of us! I am vegan and gluten-free and she immediately grabbed the allergen menu and patiently answered all of our questions. You could tell she was genuinely happy to help. She even personally offered to cook the tofu for me to make sure it was not cooked with the usual gluten sauce. And later she came to our table to make sure everything turned out ok. This woman deserves a raise for giving above and beyond customer service.
