The food is always great but the service not so much. I have waited forever for a table even with callin in before hand. I have sat for 30 mins and never had a server stop by to get the order. The carry out area is unorganized and unprofessional, especially during shift change.
Usually this is a great place. We were excited for our pizza tonight when we were sat. We ordered drinks and a few minutes later ordered an appetizer. A few minutes after ordering our app, we placed our order for 2 large deep dish pizzas. All was well. We finished our app and 10,000 chips and after about 20 minutes, our waitress finally came up to us and informed us they did not have any deep dish dough ready as they just took it out of the freezer. AT 5:00PM ON A TUESDAY. She said it would take hours to be ready. Thankfully, the manager took care of our appetizer and drinks, but still.
Our server Esther was excellent. Food was delicious. Started w the potstickers- very good. Ponzu sauce had lots of cilantro/garlic. I got the California chicken club- fresh, tall and delicious. My boy got the Mediterranean chicken tacos & chicken tortilla soup. Both were flavorful & very delicious. Ended with the Monkey Bread w vanilla ice cream. Bread was cinnamon crusty on the outside, gooey deliciousness on the inside, topped with vanilla bean ice cream. Decor is beautiful, patio is a nice option and the price is perfect for the portion. A new favorite restaurant.
Been here several times and consistency is NOT this locations strength hence the 3 stars, nothing specific just inconsistent. Sometimes great food, service, & drinks...sometimes only 1 or 2 of those things. If good food is what you're looking for, I recommend going during peak hours, if it's service go when it's not busy, but if you want alcohol in your drinks always order beer!
