Tried this store for the first time because I need a quality bra. All the hype had me expecting to find my perfect size and style then leave happily.
This is hands down the best VS I have ever shopped at and I have been shopping here for years! The girls are so helpful (especially Stephanie!!) and nice, don't haggle you too much about sales, and drop what they are doing right away to give you the service you need. Went today and walked out a VERY happy customer, as always! Good job VS Tuttle!
She shoved a couple of bras in my hand and took me to the dressing room where another girl told me the bras in my hands were all wrong and gave me a fitting bra. She told me to put it on and call for her so she could check the fit and we would go from there.
Double check your bags before leaving. An item was missing from my bag and when I called to inquire about picking it up, no one had held it back as left behind. They have an employee theft issue as the associate told me on the phone they have had this problem quite a bit and directed me to customer service. Customer service resolution was a joke, they're sending a gift card as an apology for the disappointment since the item is sold out and they don't have any to send, said gift card isn't even worth half the value of what one of their associates stole from me at checkout. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location.
I headed on down to JC Penny's and was able to browse styles to try on privately and without contracting a disease.
This store at Tuttle Mall gives terrible customer service! No one was available for assistance when I was there on 11/22/17, the line was long and the associates were unwelcoming. I'll be shopping somewhere else now!
None of that happened. Everyone was folding underwear and looked down or away when I tried to make eye contact to get some assistance. Finally, I approached a young woman and asked for help. As she awkwardly starting measuring me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE I noticed herpes sores all over her top lip.
No. Just no. This is what Victoria Secret is?!
The worst service of any Victoria Secret I've ever been in. There were several workers, none asked if I needed help or if I was finding what I needed. Most gave me dirty looks when I came up to ask questions. Will never go back to this Victoria Secret store.
