I can always find something I love here.I had to exchange some clothing due to me ordering the wrong size (my fault). The clerk was extremely helpful, he walked around the store with me and found all the items I needed in different sizes. While walking around the clerk pointed out a pair of pants that matched the jacket I was exchanging. Love it! Now I have another great suit in my wardrobe! Thanks!

Great clothes if you're skinny.
I'm only giving them 4 stars because overall I love express and have been a rewards member since 2013, however, someone at one of the stores that I wasn't at somehow gave my reward to someone else. when I called about it I was told that it could take up 72 hours for MY rewards to be put back on my account which is very unfair since I had items in my cart that were on sale and now I might miss out on getting the sale b/c of someone else's mistake. I feel they need to change how they do their rewards, I know I cannot be the first this has happened to. Other than this issue they have great clothes and sales.
