Velva Dunn - worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. If you don't have at least $500,000.00 she looks down her nose at you.
The only slight issue I have is, there is only 1 Susanne Novak. Amazing realtor, very professional, always able to help!
Kyle Snyder is seriously an amazing agent! REAL ESTATE AGENT OF THE YEAR!!! I am they type of person who will walk into a house and fall in love and get attached quick if it meets all my requir ements. That being said, I also am very picky with what I would like in a home. He was very patient and took me to various different homes. He was very easy to relate to and really understood what I was looking for in a home. He made my dream home a reality. As a first time home buyer, Kyle guided me through the buying process and educated me on things I should look for in home (such as basement issues, potential water issues, quality of material, other pros and cons, etc.). It felt like having I had personal home guru with me at all times to make sure I wasn’t getting any surprises. He also showed me great ideas of how I could make a house a home. It isn’t always easy seeing the big picture, but I couldn’t be happier. I have been recommending him to all of my family and friends! He is an A+ agent!
