I thought moving to Columbus was a huge step in getting an apartment. It's been a year & 6 months since being in Columbus & when we made the choice to buy, my heart almost dropped. Right now, it's a sellers market it seems & for about 5 months, we've been on a mission to find our perfect 1st home. I have to start off by saying, if it wasn't for Adam Pierson, our realtor, I KNOW we wouldn't be where we are at, at this point. Adam was our perfect match for my husband & I. He was VERY knowledgeable, went above & beyond having Broc & I's back when house hunting. He is professional, caring, funny & knows how to take the headache out of house buying for those like me (who stress about everything). Hands down we will recommend Keller Williams & especially Adam Pierson to everyone we know. Today's the day, we sign papers. You know you chose the right realtor when you both wake up & say, I'm going to miss looking at houses with Adam!
We were referred to an agent named Stephanie Hampton and she is awesome. She knows the business and writes great contracts. Overall, they provided great service and I highly recommend Stephanie and Keller Williams Realty.
my husband and i found a few homes we liked on trulia so we submitted our names and number for an agent to call back.. we had an agent fro Keller Williams on frantz road call us back named Elisabeth Pipes.. nice lady but never followed through. she was suppose to get back with us with homes we liked in a certain given area.. we told her location, style of home, how many acres and what we wanted as far as Bed and bathes goes.. nice lady and I think she meant well but she never came through with the correct infomation..when i finally told her via text message that we'd go elsewhere after her VM to me said she's get back with me in a certain time frame she emailed me the next day with 3 homes that were two story when i told her we only wanted 1 story! i sure hope she doesn't represent the whole company!
