I've stayed here many times, it's a nice facility and conveniently located. It's a little hard for car services to find because the entrance isn't signed well, otherwise nice place with good breakfast.
Very convenient location right off expressway. Tucked back off the road for peace and quiet. Plenty of parking close to rooms all around the premises. The front desk staff is very polite and professional. Lobby has a little convenience store. Also available is the typical restaurant/cafe food options available in Courtyard Marriott. Rooms were spacious and clean and updated. The price was very good compared to other places. Highly recommend.
I would like to say this is one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The staff was the friendliest. I showed up on Saturday around noon and check in is not until 3:00PM. Andrea at the front desk allowed us to check in early. She was so helpful as my son and I did not get much sleep the night before because of a real bad experience at another hotel. We were able to sleep that afternoon and get ready for an outing that evening. I cannot say enough about Andrea and her customer service. The room was very clean and put together well. It was quiet and smelled fresh. I will definitely be staying at the Marriott when I go back to Columbus. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that is going to be in the area.
Lobby is nice, staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit dated. The room I had had one outlet per wall sconce next to the bed but a phone and alarm clock were plugged into each so you have to unplug something if you want to use it. Not good design. Outlets in bathroom look like they're 20 years old and barely hold plug in, not to mention the configuration of outlet/switch were odd.
Nice clean place to stay. Got good rest here! Comfy beds, dark heavy curtains and fairly soundproof rooms.
