We WILL return again, due to this being one of our favorite weekend getaway spots.
Also, the beautiful new walk-in shower floor, was like a ice-skating rink. There needs to be some type of non-skid material added to the shower flooring, as well as grab bars installed regardless of whether the shower is handicap accessible or not. That was a frightening experience.
Best Marriott Experience I've ever had! From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptionally nice. The restaurant even made food for me that was off the menu. An absolutely great hotel. My thanks to the staff for a great stay!
Attended a conference at this location. Conference hall was large and acoustics were good. When lunch was provided, it was decent. They served 3 types of sandwiches. The steak was good, but kind of bland. Service staff was on the ball and very courteous.
First time at this location and apparently it has been renovated in the last few months. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Restaurant is passable if you're hungry and not up to driving today nearby restaurant. Good local beer selection if you'd like to have a drink and relax. Staff is friendly and clearly there are a lot of regular visitors to this hotel. Will definitely stay again.
BUT, during this 2017 Thanksgiving weekend, we stayed here, as a midway point between our respective in-law visiting.
This was by far, our least enjoyable stay. The television pixelated CONSTANTLY, and would then completely faded to black. Over and over again.
Outstanding room! Everything was updated and modern. We had a very quiet, comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very bad though. You would be better off driving somewhere else for food. I would still recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep, like I do! :D
My husband and I come here all the time, just for a short weekend getaway, due to us both having intellectually exhausting jobs/businesses. It's a nice respite. The new renovations are very nice.
On the PLUS SIDE, the staff is very kind and professional.
But this visit was quite disappointing .
