I saw Dr. McKenna for chronic foot pain. She made me feel like I was a waste of her time and generally unwelcome. The nurse was very nice, but unfortunately that's not enough to get me to return to this place or recommend it to anyone.
If I could give this office less than one star I would. Their patient care is terrible. I was leery to order orthotics before checking with my insurance they offered to check for me and told me they were covered at 100%. After ordering the $600 orthotics it turns out that they are not covered at all. Despite my clarifying with them multiples times that this was correct they now tell me that it was just a quote and take no responsibility for their mistake at all. This news is on top of the already poor customer service I have received from this office. Please take my advice, do not go to this office. Maneuvering health insurance is hard enough without dealing with a doctors office that you can not trust.
Wonderful experience with them when I needed it the most! I started having foot pains while training for a marathon and panicked. The doctor I saw was very professional and understanding as she was also a runner, and helped me out in any way she could to heal my feet and get me back to training. She even squeezed me in for a last minute appointment when I had additional complications 2 weeks before my race. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a foot doctor!
All staff was very kind and patient! Foot healed nicely, wish I would have gone in sooner.
I saw Dr. Lee Pearlman in August 2011 for Hammertoes. He performed surgery on my left foot on 3 toes. My toes have never been the same. I still have numbness in my middle toe, and my pinkie toe still gets calloused. He did a terrible job. I was scheduled to have the same surgery on my right foot 6 weeks later, but fortunately for me, he broke his arm playing hockey, and another doctor, Tim Holmes had to perform the surgery. He did a much better job. The toes on my right foot are almost as good as before. I would never recommend Lee Pearlman for any procedure.
