Just had an absolutely terrible experience with the Journeys at Tuttle. Maria the cashier refused the return of the unworn shoes I purchased online. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating, never shopping at Journeys again.
Very helpful staff. I called to make sure they had a pair of shoes I wanted, they did, and when I showed up they had them ready for me in my size. Ended up needing a side the didn't have in stock, so they ordered them for me and let me know exactly how long it should take to get them and what to do if they didn't work out. I felt like a very valued customer through the whole experience.
