Dont ever use this company.
The helpers were polite and hard working. This place is very expensive, so please plan ahead. I recommend tipping them, because I was told that's how they make a living for the most part.
This is the worst company ever they inflated the bill didn't show up when they were supposed too. They stole from us and I had to file a police report and will be pressing charges if no stars could be given trust me I would give them negative stars they made my moving day a living hell. Please never ever ever use this company if I had checked the comments I would have never.
They commit for a certain date and then a day before the move they ask for more money if we want to move on that day.
This was a terrible experience for us. We have hired many movers before and they were slow and expensive. The manager on the move kept telling us ALL day they only made 8 dollars an hour and that he needed tips to live on. We paid 1700 for about 7 hours. They also ate lunch on our time.500 more than the estimate and 200 more than my in my head they will charge us more estimate. The only bonus were the other 2 young men that were not the manager were sweet, polite, and worked hard. I can tell you they are rotten because I have never had movers not ask for a review and they never contacted us! Beware
They intelligently never send an email confirming a move on a particular date so that they can change the dates as they want.
They have the worst customer experience you can think of.
Use someone else. In addition to being 2 hours late they charged me an extra charge to move a expensive mirror and then broke it. They are the worst companies I have come across and would not recommend them to anyone.
