I have never been so dissatisfied. Multiple occasions my order has been 20+ minutes late and on multiple occasions I have recieved the exact opposite of what I've ordered. I will never be returning to this or any location again. I put delivery instructions for a reason and they were completely ignored and not so much as a phone call until almost 40 minutes pass by. I would have just dealt with it but to top it off my sub was wrong for the 3rd time in a row. I've called I've done online it made no difference.
I've ordered from this Jimmy John's for lunch consistently over the past three years almost on a weekly basis. They live up to their name being Freaky Fast. I do the entire transaction on their website and they deliver it promptly to my work location. I love the subs and love this service, keep it up JJs
Terrible experience with ordering online and picking up. Ordered online, came a few minutes after promised time, and was advised not ready (clearly they missed the order). Advised me it would just be a couple of minutes. Took large family order and served them completely without telling me my sub was ready. I waited 10 minutes before finding my order sitting in a bag near the register and had to ask the employee if that was my food. No acknowledgement of mistakes or apology for unnecessary wait, which is all I look for when I have issues dining out.
I enjoy Jimmy Johns and I have great experiences elsewhere, never going back here though.
