Unreliable and unresponsive. Signed a contract and paid a very large deposit at the beginning of July. The contract (which they provided) states that work will begin within 15 days and will be completed within 40 days. It is now October and work has not begun. They are unresponsive to emails and calls. The times when we have received responses, we have been told that "work will begin next week." Still, months later, nothing has been done. I'll be contacting the BBB.
Have met some of the staff and found them extremely helpful and quality oriented. Looking forward to working with them in the near future.
Hamilton Remodeling and Builders is a very good company to work with. They are not the cheapest or quickest in town, but they do become your friends and they treat your home like its their own. They are one of the best companies in town. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your project is done right the first time.
