Normally I love this store and my mother and I have been shopping here for over fifteen years. However, we went to this location to do some last minute Christmas shopping and NONE of the prices were ringing up correctly. The store was a complete mess, and everything their website said was in stock, was not. We tried to get help and the first woman was able to admit that the price was ringing up wrong, but when I tried to show her that another item was wrong, she brought another lady over who immediately I could tell didn’t want to be there. She kept saying I was wrong even when I proved to her she was wrong. She then proceeded to give me an attitude when I told her that I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember and they have ALWAYS matched prices online, and she refused to do it. She was so rude that I just walked away because NO ONE deserves to be treated that way, especially so close to Christmas. I don’t know what was going on with those two women, but they have just lost a life-long customer.
Customer service associate spent extra time with us locating some merchandise. Pleasant check-out person as well.
For a retail clothing store on Christmas eve they were very attentive to customers and had many cashiers working checkouts. Areas were not a big mess considering shoppers picking and sorting through items and laying them aside.
Extremely filthy and had used clothes being sold as new. I just left the store because I noticed an orange button on a black dress shirt that I had picked up. The thread was also orange. The rest of the buttons had a white residue on them. I showed this to ths lady at the service counter and all she said was "Huh, weird". So I handed them to her and walked away. She then asked me if I wanted to buy them. REALLY?
Crappy Experience. if you visit 3 weeks continuously, you will understand how the rates are going up and down based on the discount they have announced. I would say, Kohl's is a walmart that sells apparels
